When thinking about weight loss for men, don't underestimate the gym. By joining a gym and paying membership fees, you are more likely to attend. And if you convince a buddy to go along with you, you'll have a motivational partner and another reason to go when you say you're going rather than skipping out. There are also magazines like Men's Health that contain valuable diet and exercise tips just for guys. Regardless of your gender, slimming down to a healthy weight is good for your body and mind. You will look better, feel better and gain more self-confidence.
